No decent games for Xbox One! Better titles needed!

Why are there no good games out for Xbox One? I bought a 500 dollar brick only to find out the same games for Xbox One are released on Xbox 360. I have yet to justify my purchase with the slight visual enhancement the system has to offer. I was hoping Microsoft
would do something to secure quality game titles for the new system. Unfortunately that just didn't happen here.

Xbox One Games consist of First person shooters and small cartoonish/ childish arcade games. I must say I did enjoy Titanfall for the 5-6 hours of gameplay it has to offer. I was expecting much larger games with tons more content! Most games that are
currently available, a person really has to squint to notice any difference between the graphical performance of last generation.

The system still lags non- stop just like the old Xbox. Hell, I have a 30 mb down connection and still I'm unable to snap things to the side using the snap command with out waiting 2-3 minutes for it to load.. if it loads at all. The new snap feature plain
and simple demands more system resources than are available to it, thus rendering it useless. It is false advertising in my view to say you can snap videos to the side or view a webpage while playing a game. False. It don't work like that. Latency issues
definitely exist here.

All in all Microsoft Xbox One needs more games besides EA releasing more broken titles for that take them a year to fix. When are the good games coming? My bet is watchdogs will be an assassin creed spin off with less game content then is desired. Being
a cross platform game and virtually the same on Xbox 360 other then Artificial Intelligent, Its not looking too promising either.

Any decent air combat games for 360?

Over- G is in NO way even a decent game. JMHO An afternoon of air combat with After Burner Climax may provide a decent destraction for the day but, others have suggested better titles. GOOD LUCK!!!

 

Any other day one adopters glad to see Microsoft giving Titanfall away?

The Xbox One games ARE decent, don't get me wrong, I'm saying there are no decent bargains on Xbox One, the only cheap game is Lococycle at £ 7.99, thanks, but err, no thanks, on the 360 there are tons of great cheap titles and the two free games each month,
Xbox One has nothing just now.

 

I feel ya chimp! pretty sure Microsoft skimped the hardware here so they could save money making the console. If I was Bill Gates I would support a spin off as well. The games on this generation seem to really have less content then the last generation!


After seeing how the last Xbox progressed I argue that the games will Not be changing much in the future as they did not change a whole lot last generation. The companies who say wait for them to develop is just a marketing gimmick to keep us on our toes
and open us up for more purchases!.. This is not brain surgery here, people have made software to fit hardware for a very long time.. there is no pad lock that requires a key people.. And comes to mind how terrible the sports games look! lol especially football.

The only game that really uses Kinect other then for shouts is that Fighter within and it got a rating of 3 from IGN lol..

Thank you for your concern Jyxa. I would delete this thread after a day but I don't know how. lol. I don't want my feelings to hinder xbox sales.

There are most likely happy gamers out their and my "tough" review of details does not necessarily reflect the views of others.

The truth seems in plain view to me. The Xbox console is a wonderful piece of hardware/ super computer. It needs more content. It needs better games. It needs more apps. It needs a few bugs worked out. I was not expecting there to be a lack of games
I enjoy.

Maybe the next generation the developers can work on a virtual machine. Thus speeding the lag time between the variety of content available. Hard to believe they were not working on content well before the physical console was released. Virtual computers
have been around awhile now.
