    no dark souls redemption code yet


    pre ordered dark souls 3 deluxe, back on feburary 17th, was promised dark souls 1 download in 7-10 days, then told if code not recieved by march 4th, to start a new thread on here. still no code, kinda getting annoyed. shouldnt make offers that you dont
    want or cant deliver on.

    I understand your frustration about not receiving your pre-order bonus code yet for Dark Souls. There was an issue with the initial codes being sent out, hence the delay. The codes started being sent out last evening and will continue throughout the day.
    It is currently 12:55pm EST so there is still plenty of time left in the day. Remember that the codes will be going to your MSA email address, not via Xbox LIVE. Dark Souls is still not backwards compatible yet so the code would have little affect on you being
    able to play via Xbox One. Patience is a virtue. Your code is coming!

    Hope this clarifies things!

    I preordered dark souls 3 the 17th of February the one that comes with the dark souls 1 code on the Microsoft store through the xbox one and I've not got the code for dark souls 1 yet.
