No Dark Souls 1 with My Dark Souls 3 preorder

I waited the the 10 days that my Dark souls code should have came in and I didn't get I do need a code so I can get My Dark souls for backwards compatibility

Dark Souls 1 Code Missing

I purchased my Dark Souls 3 preorder on Feb 18th, 2016 and have not yet received my Dark Souls 1 code, now 11 business days later.

 

I purchased dark souls 3 haven't received code

purchased dark souls 3 on February 19 and still Haven't recieved my code for dark souls 1 I hope that by posting here I will recieve it or I'll cancel my preorder

 

Might add I pre-ordered my Dark Souls 3 deluxe edition on Feb 21, 2016 and haven't received my code
