Way past 10 days and still no dark souls 1 code. I preordered dark souls 3 deluxe edition. Please Help

I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 and never received my code for Dark Souls 1.

Promotion Details: Pre-order dark souls 3 and get a code for Dark Souls 1 emailed in 10-14 days.

Hey, m23PL! We're unable to verify your purchase on that date. Did you happen to buy a physical copy or a digital code from another retailer? If not, please check out commerce.microsoft.com for your purchase and post back with a screenshot of the purchase
date. You will need to upload the image to a file sharing site of your choice and then post the link here.

If you are not comfortable posting it publicly, you are more than welcome to send the link to me in a private message. You can do that by clicking on the envelope at the bottom of my post.
