No Dark Souls 1 Code after pre-order

I purchased Dark Souls 3 Deluxe Edition from the xbox store for my xbox one february 18, 2016 and

still have not received my code for Dark Souls 1 for xbox one.It has been 17 days......help???

I pre-ordered dark souls 3 and haven't received the pre-order bonus that was a digital code for dark souls 1

 

I think you havent got it because the game isnt on the backward compatibility list yet
