No Dance Central Spotlight code in box

Hello,

I just purchased the Xbox One Assassin's Creed Unity Bundle with a Kinect. I was excited about all the games it came with. I know it is the smallest of the 3 games, but there was no card with a code (or game itself) for Dance Central Spotlight as was advertised
both on the box and online. The card with the Assassin's Creed games was in there. It looks like whoever was in charge of packaging the bundle just opened it and slipped in the AC card, but probably forgot the DCS card (obvious package was opened and resealed).

Is there any way to get this code so I can use it on my account? I was actually very interested to test out the Kinect and see how it performed. Thank you!

Code already redeem error

As part of the Kinect we bought we received "Dance central spotlight" game , when we tried to redeem the code we recevied an error saying the code was already redeem.

What is happenning withthis issue have tried waht has been recommended several times and still the same outcome.

Is anybody able to help with this issue?

 

You would have to speak with the retailer from which you bought the bundle.

If the code had been there and not worked we can help, but we can't help with codes not even being included by retailers. You would have to speak with them to see how they are willing to help you.

 

I have this exact same problem (and my name is also David too...lol). I bought the AC Kinect bundle yesterday from Best Buy in Florence KY. No Dance Central Code either. I spoke with XBOX support this morning. They told me I had to speak with the retailer
as it is their responsibility. So I have just finished a 50 minute phone call with the manager of the Best Buy store. They tell me that there is nothing that they can do as the bundles all arrive at that store sealed. They have no cards to give out and
none that they are supposed to insert. They insist that the bundles are put together by Microsoft and shipped to them. They actually opened another box while I was on the phone and that had no Dance Central card either.

So with the retailer saying that they can't help and XBOX support saying they can't help the customer is left in the lurch. Nice.

I had two XBOX live 14 day trial cards in my kit....did you?
