No daily offer and Xbox Gold

Hi,

After the last update of my xbox, the field right on the start page is grey. On my friends xbox there are daily offers and the xbox gold button.

My internet connection is working, but it is very slow. Could this be the problem and if not, how can I fix it. It is quite annoying to search the gold games in the store.

daily challenges and gold bars for Microsoft Jigsaw

I have tried your suggestion of resetting the Xbox and Microsoft Jigsaw apps and I still cant do any daily challenges and the gold bars are not being added to so the daily challenges cant be completed with the tick also the gold tiles have gone back to 0
when I have already earned 340000 gold tiles

Xbox Live Crushes You Know Who.

I used to love Xbox Live, but party chat killed it off. I'm not even sure why I pay for gold anymore tbh. As a service though, when I did use it daily I was very happy with it.

Can you please press and hold the power button on the front of the console for about 10-15 seconds once the console has shut down and the power light has gone orange restart the console and hopefully this will resolve your issue.

On the console app there is currently 1 daily quest per day

There used to be two

However many show up in the app are how many you have access to. Different things are offered in different regions. Whether other regions have more daily quests I have no way to know.

There are other quests offered daily by searching Bing and visiting the rewards website.

It's great to hear that your friend was able to get that promotion. Each profile is offered certain eligible offers at different times. It all depends on different factors and unfortunately we don't have a way of providing the offer directly to a profile.

We would like to mention, it is best to go to Xbox.com to view deals on Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass when they are made available to everyone. You can also check your dashboard daily for profile deals.

The sales can sometimes last a week but this also can depend on what the promotion is as some can be daily was this located in the deals with gold.

According to Major Nelson page it seems its only for the weekend as they celebrate the Halo world championship 2016 going on this weekend.– limited time offer.

Score attack is good for completing daily challenges that require you to play multiplayer firefight and you prefer to play alone, but as for the CR it offers there are game types that offer more.
