Discus and support No customer help in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; needed to speak to an advisor about money that xbox have taken without authority to and I was left on hold for over 30 mins ( have pictures as proof)....     Headset DOA, customer support, no help.

    I have a spare headset with no control unit as I adapted it for turtle beaches. So if any one wants it let me know

    You can download other people's Characters from the website. Just browse through them until You find one You like. Then after You download it You can tweak it to Your liking. Here is the Link.
