No credits

Discus and support No credits in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have earned 5000+ credits and have no rewards pending or deposited.     I have purchased coins and keys but am not getting credit for the purchase however, my debit card has been hit for all the purchases.

    What is going on???? This isn't fair. If I don't start getting my credits I will not play anymore and will tell all my friends as well.

    Hello SpiritedAlven,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    No credits

    In order to have 5,000+ credits they would either have to be pending or deposited. If you check your statement on the MyRewards section of the site, it will list whether they have been deposited or if they are pending. If they have been deposited, your statement
    will list when the deposit took place. You can verify the deposit by checking your returns at Sign in to your Microsoft account

    Hi frankenchimp. You have 105,626 Lifetime Credits, which all have been deposited to your Microsoft account. The last deposit was made on December 13th. As Smwutches says, you can see your Credits history in your Statement on your MyRewards page. You can
    verify your deposits at Sign in to your Microsoft account. They will be listed as refunds.

    Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). However, your purchases did complee
    the SImply Rewarding offer, and those Credits are pending in your account. Your purchase of The Witcher did go to the Warrior Rewards offer, but did not make the minimum spending requirement for that offer, and therefore did not complete it.

    We see that you received your deposit in the mid-month deposit cycle that occurred yesterday. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits
    to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

    Hello AGENTSTORM876,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Therefore, you should expect to see your deposit in the mid-month deposit this month.
