    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are
    deposited by the 15th of the next month. So it sounds like your deposit is scheduled to be deposit on the mod-month deposit this month which is scheduled for the 15th.

    The 15th and 30th are just the latest dates that deposits can be scheduled. They usually take place before those dates. The last deposit for February took place on the 22nd.

    I have over 9000 credits from the my rewards program and i was expecting to get my payment around the second of february 2nd since march doesnt have a 30th day and since my last credit progress was on the 28th of march i assumed it would be in quick. now
    its march 9th and i still havent received the 9 dollars for my account and games for gold has a good deal for a game i want to buy too but i cant make the purchase since i still havent received my reward any help would be appreciated

  5. Hi, I also used an 250 gems, not sure if its been 96 hours yet, in any case, I noticed that on the website, it now shows this item as out of stock, so will I still get the credits on my account or not? no emails about this item yet for me.

  7. I did this too, only with 500 gems and it's been a week. I've not heard back from anyone, nor received any emails.

    Hi there,

    The Night Curse is right, you should never share your financial information online.

    Now, what I see is your credit was issued on 4th July, 2013 and your statement date is 15th July,2013, so there is basically 11 days of difference.

    Confirm your statement date and make sure your statement cycle ended after you received credit.

    If it does, as The Night Curse said, contact your Credit Card company and make sure you received that credit, and if you haven't, contact to the number given by The Night Curse.
