No credits yet for MyVIP for February purchases?

Hi,

I purchased a number of digital games for my Xbox One during the month of February, including Candleman, A Pixel Story and Chime Sharp. However, my past three months activity for Rewards shows no sign of any MyVIP credits for February at this time. The credits
both for surveys and for previous months MyVIP are there...

Past 3 Months

Should I be concerned at the lack of MyVIP credits for February?

The rewards homepage states that my account status is 'All good' and no attention is needed, my Xbox Live Gold membership is up to date, and I've had few issues with Xbox Live Rewards previously (other than when I posted https://forums.xbox.com/en-us/thread/feacc578-6317-446b-bae0-0eb5b377c0fc
previously around 8 months ago).

Hello

I spent 160$ in February and still didn't get the star yet for MyVIP so when it will be updated?

MyVIP Star Rank Credits

I last received MyVIP Star Rank 1 Credits in February 2017 which indicates that I have at least a Rank 1 for 2017. Since then I have spent over $300 on six games and received no Star Rank credits. How do I fix this? Thank you.

I wouldn't worry, but it's notable that pretty much every other query from around the time I posted this has been answered, and yet I've not been.

Just totalled up everything bought in February, too, and based on my MyVIP Gold rank it looks like I'm missing around £9 worth of rewards points.

It takes 1-3 days for us to usually respond to posts.

Your issue was related to the fact our program does not award payback for purchases that go towards offers. However, the VIP boost offer was unique in that it technically did not award Credits. After receiving user feedback, we corrected this offer to also
award payback.

After investigating your account, we determined that this fix was not fully configured, and are working on expanding this hotfix. Apologies for the inconvenience. When we can confirm that you have been awarded payback on your purchases, we'll update this
thread.

Your issue was related to the fact our program does not award payback for purchases that go towards offers. However, the VIP boost offer was unique in that it technically did not award Credits. After receiving user feedback, we corrected this offer to also
award payback.

As mentioned in your previous post (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/d76cf15f-6570-4a8d-a2a1-829faf623558), your Minecraft purchase was applied to the MyVIP Boost
offer in February (along with your Rocket League and ARK purchase), which earned you your first MyVIP star. Since you have made no purchases since February, you have not earned any Credits from MyVIP payback or completed any offers.

Also as mentioned in your previous post (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/6c86f135-206e-4364-a35c-aaeaa3c24ab8), MyVIP is adjusted every
year. At the last readjustment in December, you did not meet any MyVIP star requirements, so you stayed at a zero star level, and then had your progress set to a default state. It was only due to our special MyVIP offer in February that you earned a MyVIP
star that month.

Hello pacoculiao,

After reviewing your account, your purchase in February went towards the XOXO Rewards offer that was running that month. Since purchases can only be Rewarded once, that purchase went towards progressing that offer and not MyVIP payback. Since you did not
complete that offer, you did not receive offer completion Credits. Regarding your purchases this month, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so you should expect those Credits to appear by the 15th next month.
