No credits showing

Thank you for replying. I actually call support and their helping me with it. It seems when i redeem the gift cards the credits went to my Skype account. Not sure how this makes sence, cause i just have one Microsoft account.

Hello DreddS3VEN, the cards were redeemed correctly in your account, if you have been where you are trying to view the balance, if it is through the console it may take a little longer to update, the ideal is to check the balance through the Microsoft website by logging in with your account.

After signing in, click "Manage" to verify that the balance has been validated in your account.

Credits should show as pending about 96 hours after you redeemed them. Once they are pending, they are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. Since you just recently redeemed them, they would be scheduled for the mid-April deposit.

There was a slight delay processing purchases over the weekend. Your purchases on the 8th and 11th have now been processed. Your purchase on the 4th did not increase progress because it was beneath the minimum requirement to increment the progress bar (we
divided the bar up into 20 pieces, so in your case each progress increment would be 4 CAD). However, game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, and by extension are not eligible for this offer, as stated in the FAQ for this offer. Therefore your Halo 5 REQ
pack purchases are not eligible, and you have not yet completed the offer.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

We see that you are very close to earning your first MyVIP star. Once you reach that rank, you can begin to expect your monthly non-offer, MyVIP eligible purchases as a monthly payback!
