    I purchase Tekken 7 on 6/1/17 before its release, but never receive the credits for pre-ordering it. I checked before I preordered to make sure Tekken still qualified. Please help

    I pre-ordered my digital deluxe version of Tekken 7 about a month ago. My question is why haven't I received the 15,000 rewards credits shown in Xbox Live rewards for that title pre-order?

    So, my question is fairly simple. I actually pre-ordered Tekken 7 digitally last month, and it's on this month's digital pre-order punchcard.. Will I still get credit for the pre-order even though I did it last month? Thanks!

    No Credits For My Pre-order of Tekken 7

    There have not been any offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. It would have counted as a punch towards your Games on Demand punchcard and you would have needed 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.

    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible
    (see description in the next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between 1 April 2017 00:00 UTC and 30 June 2017 23:59 UTC. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world
    time database to determine local time.

    Since you only made one eligible pre-order purchase, you have not completed the offer.

    Hey there! This is from the pre-order page for
    Tekken 7     on the Xbox Store:

    For a limited time, purchase TEKKEN 7 on Xbox One and receive TEKKEN 6 playable now on Xbox 360, or Xbox One via Backward Compatibility. The code for TEKKEN 6 will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days.
    So if you still don't have your code after 10 days from your date of pre-order, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll take another look.

    Did not get reward points for pre-ordering Forza Motorsport 6 or 7, nor virtual keys for FM7

    Hi GDane. There was no offer that awarded for pre-ordering Forza 6. Credits for pre-ordering Forza 7 are only awarded if it was pre-ordered or purchased during the offer period. Since your pre-order was made in June, it does not qualify for the Credits.
    We are looking into the keys for your pre-order. Hang tight for those.
