No credits earned in February

I've spent roughly $75 in February, yet I'm not seeing any credits, posted or pending.

If you're looking for VIP rebates, keep in mind they are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month so it would be too soon to see credits pending for February purchases.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month. So they should be deposited by mid-February.

Since you've already earned the credits, you would still keep them if you cancel a preorder.
