no credits deposited

I have not received my rewards points since 10/21/14. On 10/22/14 I

should have received 13,650 points and I didn't nor did I receive any

since. I totaled out what I should have gotten but didn't and it totaled

out to 141,850 credits unaccounted for. I do all my orders digitally

from buying games to dlc map packs to movies. Everything was paid for on

credit cards so their is proof to what I'm saying. I have not had

rewards points to use even though my rewards statement would suggest

otherwise. And another issue that needs resolving is my account was a 3

star rank since 2014 and all of the sudden in Jan. 2017, it fell back

down to a 2 star rating so all the purchases made since were giving me

less of a discount than I should have gotten. Ive spent a lot of money

through Xbox and have been a gold member for 6 years. I am very upset

with how my account has had nothing but troubles. Please resolve this

issue and credit me what ive rightfully earned!!

Rewards Credits STILL not deposited

Yet again, no rewards credits have been deposited. Please fix this. I have over 17,000 credits to be deposited.

Early deposit

There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled. The earlier you'll have credits deposited is on the 15th.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

We see multiple Credit and Deposit events to your account. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from
your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. If you are having finding this currency in your account, then you should reach out to billing
support at (Sign in to your Microsoft account) for more specific assistance. We cannot manipulate currency in a user's billing account in any way.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event was on the 6th, it will be included with the end of month deposit. The request a deposit button is just for requesting deposits before the automatic deposit amount of 5000 pending Credits.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. This is why your 40,000 Credits have been deposited, but your 15,000 Credit event on November 3rd has not. Those 15,000 Credits should deposit at the end of the month deposit, as described above.

Generally, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month
deposit the following month. Since your Credit event that placed you above the 5000 pending Credit limit required for an automatically scheduled deposit occurred on the 10th, you should expect these Credits to be deposited in the end of month deposit this
month.

the following month. Also, we only automatically schedule deposits at 5000 or more Credits. Since the Credit event that scheduled your deposit occurred on the 30th last month, you will receive your deposit in the mid-month deposit this month.

the following month. Since your 50,000 Credit event occurred later than your other Credit events, it was not deposited in the mid-month deposit cycle. Since it was placed as pending on the 4th, it will be deposited in the end of month deposit cycle.
