No credits and now the offer is gone.

I ordered an Xbox one s through the rewards page and did not receive the 50,000 points. It says to wait until the end of the offer and they are still not there.

Missing purchase

Playing Assassin's Creed Unity the other day, and purchased Helix Credits. Now 2 days gone by and no new credits and existing credits are gone too. Any ideas?

 

My Order is still pending??!

I ordered a Logitech A10 headset for Xbox one I've been trying to contact Xbox in Microsoft support for days now and no one is telling me anything my order is still pending and on the store it now says that the headset is out of stock my money is gone
off my credit card and my Microsoft currency is also gone cuz my Microsoft currency paid for majority of the headset please if anyone can help me

 

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped. If it's been over the 15 days, support will check into it and post back here.

 

We are past the 15 days and still nothing.
