Discus and support no credited points in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hello my points ( 5 500 ) were not credited at the 01.06.2018! Why not had them before the 01.06.2018!     Hello my points ( 5 500 ) were not credited at the 01.06.2018! Why not had them before the 01.06.2018! I get some from the diamonds before the change to Microsoft comes and now the diamonds are away and i didn´t get my points credited at my xbox -account!
    Pls help.

    No VIP points being credited

    Hi.

    I've been a member of VIP since it started and you can tell from my account and online purchases I've spent a lot of money online at the Xbox store but I've had no points (in fact it still says pending transactions from 2015)?!?

    Missing microsoft points

    I purchased 4000 microsoft points but they have not been credited to my account, how do I get these points credited to my account and when can I get them?

    Also i missed my World of Tanks Leg-Up Bundle pay 100 diamonds( Gems) for it and didn´t get the e-mail with the code! What´s going wrong?

    The credits should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the site and would be scheduled to deposited at the end of the month.

    For your World of Tanks bundle, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it for you.

    Hello WBG Patrick,

    Since your purchases were made before the offer period, they were not eligible for that offer. Only your purchase of Mafia 3 was eligible for that offer.

    Also, pre-orders, game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP, so they do not award MyVIP progress.

    Theres probably an easier way to do it than this, but if you go to Xbox Video and click on a movie, then go to buy it, it'll tell you how much is in your account before you confirm the purchase. Then you can just press B to cancel and go back.

    You would have to try contacting support and speak to billing to see if there is anything they can do, but generally once funds expire there is no way to get them back. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
