Good Day,

So in the past 2 Months i have bought the following games and my VIP and Credits have remained the same !

Battlefield™ 1 Early Enlister Deluxe Edition

Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition - Pre-Order

Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare - Digital Legacy Edition

Pac-Man™ Championship Edition 2

Last time my account was updated or i received credits was back in August

I'm wondering why I haven't received any vip star rank credits for the items I purchased in the month of February?

It will depend on when you bough each particular title. Pre-orders do not count toward MyVip (except for a special September 2016 promotion) so if you pre-ordered those games before September, then they would not count for MyVip. There were two special promos
for Gears of War 4 and Battlefield 1 so the staff can review those purchases to see if they qualified, however, they still would not increase your MyVi

A staff member will review your account and reply to you here. Typically it takes 1-2 business days, however with the recent forum changes it may be 2-4 business days. Keep in mind the staff does not work weekends.

As Murphs says, pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. Therefore, your only purchase which would have increased VIP is your purchase of Pac-Man. However, MyVIP payback is calculated as a monthly total and placed as Credits midway through the following month,
so it is too early to see Credits for that purchase. We do have an offer for digital pre-orders, but only certain games are eligible. For example, your purchase of Call of Duty awarded one punch for that offer. However, that offer requires three punches to
complete. You can view this offer at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Keep in
mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP. VIP ranks also reset each year so that could also be why your star level is low (support will check on that).

Also, as of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

VIP ranks reset each year on January 1. In order to keep your star status, you need to either spend the same amount or more each year.

There are no offers to receive credits just for playing games.
