No Credit For Purchases

No credit for any purchases in August. I haven't been seeing any pending points in my account lately. I purchased numerous items back in August such as season passes for Injustice 2, Tekken 7, and various other items, yet I'm seeing nothing in my rewards.

My last MyVIP deposit was 10/31/17. DId something change with that part of the program I'm not seeing? Every month prior to that I was receiving reward credits. I'm missing thousands at this point.

No credits received for game purchases

Hello, I purchased 3 games in September from the xbox live online store. I logged in this morning to check how many credits in have pending and there are none. I bought, HITMAN, the complete first season, FIFA 18 and THIS IS THE
POLICE. Please could you tell me why I have not earned any credits or rewards for these purchases?

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for August purchases.

In the past that was never the case. Looking back at my history, I spent a lot of cash last Feb, yet my deposit was showing for pending at the end of that month and I got my credit on 3/8. I'd like to try and work myself back up to the 5 star VIP level (August
should have pushed me to 4)I was at one point, and this doesn't exactly motivate me to try if it no longer gives me credit on purchases......

VIP rebates have always worked that way. They're always shown as pending with the last date of the month they are for, but are never added as pending on that actual date since they haven't been calculated yet.

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. When we award these Credits, they are back-dated to the last day of the month, so that you know that it is a sum of your month's MyVIP Credits.

Live chat is super busy so not sure if this is an all over issue but it’s late and I can’t wait 117 places in line but vbucks aren’t crediting. Have restarted my Xbox etc and they still aren’t showing in my balance yet showing from my bank and even showing under my Microsoft account purchase history. Anyone else having this issue? Or know what to do?

I am having the same exact issue. I contacted Epic Games and they show it on their end but they say that Microsoft hasn't credited my account, so its an issue with Microsoft they stated. I check with Microsoft and they say it's an issue with Epic Games. I'm getting the run around and it's super frustrating. Trying to get ahold of Microsoft is a joke. I waited on the phone forever and then got a person and they disconnected me. Then waited on chat, but I was 127th person in line waiting and after all that they didn't help resolve the issue. I'm really frustrated.
