    No credit for complete games


    Halo Reach lets me play online, then NEVER credits me for completing my games. It claims that I've "earned the maximum number of offline credits" when I am clearly playing ONLINE. Who do I contact to get this issue resolved? I'm stuck at Warrant Officer
    because of this crap

    Challenges

    Has anyone else noticed that they are not getting credits even though you complete a challenge? I have had alot of challenges lately that say they are complete, but no credit is given for the challenge. When the points are listed after the game, no credit
    is given for the challenge. But when you go back to the game screen a box pops up and says the challenge is complete. Just wondering if it is only happening to me!

    GAME SHUTDOWN

    Every time a puzzle is complete the game shuts down and no credit are added !

    I have the same problem with Halo Reach and the challenges are unavailable since yesterday.

    Same here. Connected to XBox Live, but in Multiplayer, I only show as a recruit & it makes it look like I am not connected

    Pre-order Bonus Confusion

    Preorders will only award credits if they are part of a specific offer on the site at the time. Currently the only preorder offer is the games on demand punchcard. You have to preorder 3 games in order to complete the offer and receive the credits. If you
    don't preorder 3, you wouldn't have completed the offer and won't receive the credits. It's just per the terms and conditions.

    The 9365 is your gamerscore, not Rewards credits. Gamerscore is earned by getting achievements in games. Rewards credits are earned by completing offers in the Rewards program.
