No credit for buying coins pack 5

Sunday night(8:30 pm) account was charged. Email confirmation shows I purchased coin pack 5 on Monday. Never did received coin pack 5 as of today(Wednesday) Some major problem with what is brought and what is received.

Purchase 530 coins, for $4.99

I purchased 530 coins for $4.99, after buying an error popped up stating I already purchased it, but my total coins is only 329. But I was billed for the $4.99 530 coins. Why was I billed and not given the 530 coin credit? I had not purchased it prior to
today. Please either credit the coins or refund the $4.99. Thank you

 

Exchanging account credit for Minecraft coins

Hi,

I bought a Xbox digital gift card which I've redeemed on my account with the view of exchanging for Minecraft coins for my daughter. But I haven't found a way of buying Minecraft coins with my credit.

She plays Minecraft with the Minecraft CE app. Does anybody know of a way of converting a credit into Minecraft coins?

To follow up about not receiving credit, tonight when I started to play Bingo I found I have at last been credited for coins pack 5. Too a lot longer than it should had.

 

To let all who has read and will read my post, I finally did get credit the coin pack 5. It took until Wednesday before it showed up. I have noticed that when I make a purchase, the email confirmation reads 6 hours later than the actual time I purchased
coin packs. Must be something in space creating this instant delay.

 

I did try to call phone support. The person did not understand me and I had a worse time trying to listen and understand them. ChatCall does nothing.
