No credit for being gold

I have been a rewards member for several years but it doesn't appear as though my gold membership has ever been credited on my account and I'm not sure if it's even recognized on my rewards account. I have it set up as a yearly auto renewal and have never
let it lapse but it doesn't look like I've gotten credit for the 6 month streak and I know you used to get credits for renewing and I don't remember ever seeing credits being deposited after my renewal date.

Rewards support is only available via this forum and Twitter. Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need
at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There are no offers to receive credits just for being a gold member. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

ah right okay, didn't realize no credits for being gold. As for the rest, no specific offer just wasn't sure if all was working okay. New account isn't a star VIP yet.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

The offer to receive gems for keeping gold for 6 months just started on October 1. Since this is the 6th month, you would receive those gems after the end of this month.

As mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55),
we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals as of July 2014. Since Gems were only created and started on October 1st, at this point it would be impossible to have a full 6 months of Gold membership.

Hi RD Apollo. Since your purchase was made on June 28th, it did not qualify for any offer running at that time. We had a Battlefield 1 offer, but it was from August 31 to September 30 and you had to purchase during the offer period.

Hi sandhelencosta. There is currently a delay in awarding Gems after you receive the Credits. We do see that you have completed it and Gems will be awarded soon. Thanks for your patience. The program does recognize that you are Gold. There aren't any offers
that awards Credits for being Gold. We do have a MyChallenge that awards Gems for staying Gold for three months in a row. This began October 1.
