No coupon in box

Discus and support No coupon in box in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I purchased a xbox 360 today and got home my son opened it up and looking through every thing there is no coupon for the 1month free gold member ship...     I purchased a xbox 360 today and got home my son opened it up and looking through every thing there is no coupon for the 1month free gold member ship and it has it printed on the box I live chatted with Rebecca that says I must have a linked credit on my
    account and then I phoned and they just pass the buck to makro is there no support from xbox at all

    Good day. I bought an Xbox 360 last month and I didn't know there was a free membership coupon in the box. Maybe it was due to too much excitement that i didn't noticed it. My question now is .... can it still be traced (the coupon no.) sung the serial
    number of the console? Thanks

    The coupon is for Halo 4 War Games Map Pass. But the box shows a picture of 2 games. Tomb Raider looks like a card and small print defines it as a download. The Halo 4 picture looks like a green plastic game case. I assumed the coupon was also for a complete
    download but now it looks as though I didn't get the actual game disk in the box and the coupon is for what you describe - an add on. Do we try to convince the store it was bought at that the game was missing?
