no correct permissions

Discus and support no correct permissions in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; fifa 17 tels me that my gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature. i played yesterday and gold and ea acces are ok....     fifa 17 tels me that my gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature. i played yesterday and gold and ea acces are ok. can anyone help please

    did you find a soloution cos mine just done the same

    Go to this page.

    Sign in to your Microsoft account

    Go to privacy and check all the tabs to make sure you have ALLOW set on the one needed to share your profile with the Fifa servers.

    Usually its the one that says SHARE MY PROFILE.

    Not correct permissions on account

    If it's Plants vs. Zombies you don't need gold to play it. If it's Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare, then that is an online only game so gold is required.

    Hey there PaperSpring!

    In order to access online multiplayer features of games, including Plants vs Zombies, an Xbox Live Gold membership is required. A Silver membership is generally enough to play single player campaigns but for anything that involves other Xbox Live members,
    Gold is required.

    Hopefully that clarifies. :)
