    Hello everyone,

    I couldnt find any german support, so i try it in this support-page.

    To connect into the store, works without any problems. But to get the 30 days free full-membership is impossible, because there is always coming this window:

    No connection.... tried everything! [​IMG]

    As you see in the end on the right side, my Internet connection is perfect. I also tried it with offline firewall, i was doing all updates Windows ever wanted - no connection, all the time. Also the button "vollständiges Spiel" - means "the full game", does not
    work - in this case there is no window opening, there is just nothing. I could push the button 1 Million times, nothing happens.

    I would buy the game as a full game, if someone would help me how to do. because i know it anyway, i want a full membership - but i actually i cant have anything, not a full membership, not a 30 days trial. :/

  3. Xbox Live Connection Problem. Tried Everything

    I was able to update to the new dashboard fine, but havent been able to sign into live. I understand a lot of people are having problems, but i was hoping to see if anyone had any other suggestions for me.

    There are two types of errors.

    1) When i turn on the xbox and go to the connect to xbox live in the dashboard it takes me to a choose my avatar, i pick one and it says cannot not save avatar error. (Ive tried taking out the harddrive and putting it back in, but no help)

    2) It goes straight to the singing in screen and then says my connection to xbox live has been lost.

    I have tested the connection (for both a wireless and wired network) and everything is fine. It goes through all the steps, even the live step, and says it is connected. I've tried restarting the routing, reseting the cache. Nothing seems to work.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Hello! I'm aware that your internet connection seems fine, but have you tried restarting your router? Just to be sure.

    This may _seem_ irrelevant, but please humor me: I'd start by clearing the system cache (it's just updates plus other temporary files, nothing that's at all important to anyone) by:

    1) Tap the silver Xbox Guide button on the controller, go right 2 clicks to Settings, pick System Settings.

    2) Select Storage (or Memory).

    3) Move over any hard drive or memory unit (not the Cloud) & press (Y) on your controller & pick Clear System Cache.

    4) When asked to confirm storage device maintenance, choose Yes.

    5) Try again

    I would suggest you to try out this fix:

    1) Goto System Settings.

    2) Select Storage.

    3) On your Primary Storage Device Press the 'Y' Button.

    4) Select 'Clear System Cache'

    5) Wait for it to Clear...

    6) Now attempt to Sign in.

    7) You should stay signed in.

    Here is one More Possible Fix:

    1) Goto System Settings and Select 'Storage'.

    2) Click the Storage device that Contains your Profile.

    3) Goto your profile and press 'A'.

    4) Click Delete Profile. It Will then ask 'Delete Profile Only' or 'Profile and Items'.

    5) Select 'Delete Profile Only'

    6) Once deleted press the Xbox Guide Button(Middle of Controller/ Big Green X)

    7) Make sure you are signed out of all profiles and click 'Download Profile'

    8) Enter all your Windows Live Credentials when It asks you too.

    9) Wait for it to download

    10) Once Downloaded you should be able to Sign-in to XBOX LIVE.

    try this solution to get the network settigns back to its default state:

    1)Turn off your Xbox 360 console.

    2)Wireless connection only: Unplug the Xbox 360 Wireless Networking Adapter from the USB port (if applicable).

    3)Turn on your console.

    4)Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and then select System Settings.

    5)Select Network Settings.

    6)Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network, if you are prompted to do so.

    7)Select Configure Network.

    8)On the Additional Settings tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults.

    Greetings, xbrendnx. Thanks for bringing us your questions. We'll get to the bottom of this! To start, I would not recommend using UPnP and port forwarding simultaneously. You can use one or the other but using both at the same time can cause connection
    issues.



    Secondly, it seems like you are encountering a DNS error. There are a few steps we can take to address this. To start, take a look at this support article titled "DNS
    Error: Your DNS server can't resolve Xbox LIVE server names
    " and give the steps listed there a shot. Let me know if you need any guidance or have any further questions.

    i tried what you said. then i power cycled, pretty much the same result. i tried it with my manual settings and i also tried automatic again. only difference in the status report is

    ID: 0002-0001

    L: 8015-0002

    (i don't know if these actually mean anything)
