No Connection to Xbox live

Hello Together,

i need some help. I´ve got an xbox 360 and a Technicolor TC7200.20 Modem/Router. The xbox is connected via cable.

Fist of all network connection and internet connection is working, xbox live connection doesn´t work. It worked for at least 2 years in my settlement here...

The error overview of the status window on the xbox give out the following informations:

W: 0000 - 000B

X: 0000 - F001

Y: 30A8 - 48E0

Z: 0000 - 0000

ID: FFFF - FFFF

L: 8015 - 190E

Q: 8007 - 0435

T: cable connected

A: 192.168.0.19/255.255.255.0

G: 192.168.0.1

D: 217.68.161.141/217.68.161.171

That´s not really helpful I know, but just in case Iam missing some important informations....

So now what I already tried do

1. Checking the cable

2. Disable Firewall on router

3. deactivating/activating UPnP

4. Adding Portforwarding of following ports: 53,80,88,500,3047,3544,4500

5. Shut down Modem/Router for 5 min.

6. Used DMZ Host function for direct WAN connection

I think I did every single step in the microsoft networkhelp service.

Any suggestions what should be done to get the xbox live connection?

No Connection to Xbox Live...

For some days i haven't been able to get into Xbox Live..

Im using a network cable to connect to my router but recently Im not able to connect to Xbox Live

I tried a lot of stuff.. restarting my router a dozen times, swiching cables.. and last but not least I read something about delete your profile in the forum and I did..

Here some more information about my status:

Test stops when testing connection between network and Internet (But: Internet on Computer works)

Please help me .. I cannot even play offline since I deleted the profile-.- Thanks to the user who said it would help...

 

No Connection to Xbox Live...

What kind of router are you using? this could be what we need to figure out first.

And with your profile, did you just delete your profile or did you delete "profile and items"

 

Ohh I forgot the error code... 8015190E

Searching for that I deleted system cache. The rest of the suggested solutions doesn´t make any sense to me.

 

For about a year I have not been able to log into my account on any of my many 360s...I can log into Xbox One fine, but even when trying to play a 360 game on xbox one, it says that I am unable to log into xbox live on this console...it says try downloading
your gamertag again. I have in fact and last year changed my password like 5 times and still the same problem. There are a few 360 games on my xbox one such as gears 2 or 3 that I would like to play horde with, but I can't log into live on the 360 side to
do this, but I'm on live on the xbox one side.

I would be very grateful for some effective help.

I'm having the same issue as the OP. ISP is ATT UVerse and router is Motorola NVG589. Much like the OP, I've tried all of the same fixes and have a wired connection. I've used this 360 for many years without problem until this issue started yesterday.

Any additional suggestions would be appreciated? Is there a reason to do a format or full reset?

Sorry for the delayed response and that you're still having problems connecting to Xbox Live. Can you try clearing your cache three times, then turning your console
completely off and back on again. After doing that, we recommend that you re-download — not delete! — your profile. If you need help with that, please check out the troubleshooting article on how to Add
or Remove an Xbox Profile on Xbox 360.

thx for the suggested solution. I´ve tried it already after posting the error code. Didn´t worked.

 

I've the same problem, started from the afternoon of October 6th. I've got the error code 8015190E, after i've done almost every solution that is written on the help pages i'm not closer to regain my Xbox live connection, i've got only more problem down
the road.

I've also done a trace on the connection of tracert.xboxlive.com which is also specified on the help pages when you complete every single bit of the suggested options to solve the problem. It seems that i get a time out when i hit hop 23 and further on.
Hop 22 is ae74-0.co2-96c-1b.ntwk.msn.net (IP: 104.44.8.239) with a ping of 153ms (my own ping is less than 1ms) also all hops within the msn.net domain are well above 150ms ping except hops 12 and 13 those are in the 10ms ping range.

It would be helpful if you could help us Miss Ghidorah.

Postscriptum, i've a 100Mb/s fiber connection with all my systems hooked on Cat7 UTP cables and a fibre optic modem, which havent had any problems before.

 

I'm having the same exact issue as above. The issue only started a couple of days ago. We've used Live on our 360 for quite some time and didn't have an issue.
