No connection to online games

Discus and support No connection to online games in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Even though I have a subscription I can't play my games online.     Sorry to hear it.

    In order to share a Gold membership among all accounts on the console the account that has the membership on it must be set as Home on the console.
