No connection to ANY game

Discus and support No connection to ANY game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I posted the same 2 hrs ago.     I posted the same 2 hrs ago. Actually now I cannot connect to ANY Microsoft game (Mahjong, Solitaire, Bingo, etc)Looks like they took all their game servers down WITHOUT notifying anyone or posting an outage as USUAL... **** Microsoft?!?

    No connection to game servers

    I recently moved houses and ever since my Xbox one cannot connect to game servers. It's connected to the internet and Xbox live, no global issues there. My Xbox is updated. I even upgraded my internet speed. My Nat type is open, no issues there. I've tried
    all the various troubleshooting and things to help and still nothing.

    It'll load the game, take me to matchmaking and send me to the lobby. Once I'm in the lobby the game freezes and I lose connection to the server. This happens for every game I play no matter what.

    We moved houses a week ago, and although we have a different internet provider, my NAT type is still open, and before I moved my Xbox ran like new.

    So yeah, I'm not expecting much advice. Don't tell me to turn my modem/router/Xbox off or troubleshoot a damn thing cause as stated, I've tried all conventional means of fixing the issue.

    Oh and I have spoken to my internet provider and they said everything should he running fine too.

    Truly cluelesss.

    Hey Ky thanks for brining this issue to us! This sounds like it could be a NAT issue so we suggest trying out our

    NAT Troubleshooter     and let us know how it goes. Regarding the Port Forwarding check out
    Portforward.com or get in contact with Netgear since they would be able to further assist with it!!

    Can't connect to any game servers.

    Open NAT type is always going to give you best connection to servers/games.

    The number of people using the router can also affect it as the router could possibly be getting overloaded.

    And the firewalls in place could also be stopping you. you will need access to the router to check firewall settings.

    some games require certain ports to be open so checking with the game website could help you get some more information.

    maybe speaking with I.T/TECH department at your uni/college might help as they will know more on the setups they have in place.

    if you have moved from one i.p to another clearing your alternate mac address could help you significantly, go to settings-network settings-advanced-alternate mac-clear (your xbox will restart)
