No connection. Please help!

There's no connection to my Xbox 360 whatsoever, trying to connect to my live profile, it fails. Trying to connect to my offline profile, it fails. I can't play anything on my 360 please help!

My Xbox One is not working properly. When connected to my TV, the display is not the right size no matter what setting I change my TV to. Please help!

Microsoft please get your S*** together, I was just playing Dark Souls online the night before it went out just fine and now i'm stuck never getting to play any of my games because it wont allow me to even connect to my OFFLINE ACCOUNT.

 

What really urks me is Sony has no issues... I was playing online games all day today on PS4, no connection issue. Xbox 360? Nope, because Microsoft are ignorant money grabbing **** who wont get off their lazy a**es to fix sh**. I am paying a year worth
of Xbox Live right now that I can't seem to use anymore because of this. Thanks, Microsoft! Recommended, 10/10 will waste money again!

 

Oh and on top of all that, I had to delete my old Xbox Live account because it wouldn't let me sign up, I then created my new account to play online a month or 2 ago and now i'm stuck not being able to play online... again.

 

I'm going to keep posting here until some human being replies, so get used to it. I'm not in a happy mood because of you Microsoft. I bet I could go to my PS4 right now and make an new OFFLINE profile and and disconnect from online on my main profile, and
will still be able to play OFFLINE.... that's a weird concept for you, Microsoft, I know.

 

I'm going to post here every day, Microsoft, so get used to it.
