No Community Average Scores!

I am using Insanity and wife uses Jillian Michaels shed and shred. Started with a 14 day Live Gold trial but purchased the 12 months when that ran out. Problem is that we used to get community average scores for workouts but since purchasing the 12 month
subscription we don't get any. Just get '...' Where it used to say "Average for men aged 36-45" etc

Our age profiles are all set up and spoke to xbox support who took me through a lomg winded process of clearing cache, rebooting system, uninstalling fitness, reinstalling fitness etc etc and nothing has worked. Can't see anyone else having this problem
but if anyone has the answer let me know.

I mainly do the insanity workouts too highland & like you the green bar drops on some stretches also high knees very rarely get the green bar to the max on them no matter how high & fast im going think ideally I could do with being a couple of feet more
away from the Kinect sensor but im restricted by the sofa & is annoying as im always trying to improve my PB do love the insanity workouts though as im really gagging for breath afterwards don't really touch any of the other workouts now although I do the
10 min six abs workout,I added you on my friends list & cheering on your workouts m8 its great to have some competiveness gives it a bit more motivation

Edit- I should also mention that yesterday when this was going down, I did a second workout anyway, and with all the recognition issues I scored 88K or something like that, by far my lowest, when my first attempt at Mossa Fight 2 I scored 98.9K. A bit ridiculous.

 

I have the same thing. Nothing changed for me for about 3 months since starting to use it . Just disapeared one day.

 

Strangely, yesterday morning the community average scores reappeared which pleased me. By the afternoon they had gone again , which didn't. And I can't see I did anything different. Just seemed that someone turned them back on and then off again just to
annoy me.

Tried xbox support but they couldn't help and just pointed me to the developer who are rebuilding their website. I have contact them and if I get a response I will post it here.

 

This has been happening for me too since the last update. It seems ro be pretty random, sometimes the average and/or friends score shows up, sometimes it doesn't. Never had the issue before a couple of weeks (months?) ago.

 

I'm having the same issue. My girlfriend asked why she couldn't see any stats under the "Your Best" and community bars and I spent the last hour trying to fix NAT settings and other Network related settings thinking it was on my end. Glad to see it's not
just me!

Hopefully MS has someone on this!
