    No communication at all!


    If I (on windows 10) send a message to someone (on Xbox) they don't receive it, If they send messages to me I don't receive it, if we go into a party we can't speak to each other and I appear offline. Its really annoying, no where on the internet has
    helpful information and everywhere gives the impression it is possible.

    No picture at all

    My xbox is plugged into the tv by hdmi, the cable box is plugged into the xbox by hdmi. In tv setup I get no picture. I was on the phone with Microsoft support for 90 minutes going through every trouble shooting option they said they had. I was then told
    at the end to call my cable company because they have a protection set up against the xbox. I talked to an agent, team manager, and technical manager and this is what I got. I called comcast and they said they have no such thing and have no information on
    the xbox. Help anyone?

    Actually, I changed my receiver to 720P and now it works.

    Now if the Guide would just work in Canada (eventually I hope) that would be great.

    Well they replied to me saying that the ban will stand and that they cannot reveal ANY information about the case...

    So in other words, they dont have any proof and dont want to look stupid so I have to stay blocked so the enforcement team can save face...

    The criteria is not high at all either. I have a communications ban and I just applied and was accepted. Now I can also ban random people for fun...this is ridiculous. Who do we talk to to lodge an internal company complaint?

    I have recently learned that this "code" enforcement is being outsourced to random non employee's....am I to assume I have a communications ban because some random "volunteer" chose to give me a 7 day ban for fun???

    I tried that but I havent recieved any kind of a reply. Also at that website you said to go to, there isnt a specific violation cited or any reference to the microsofts terms of service code violation. All I want is some clairity or to actually speak with
    someone relevant about this issue.

    Otherwise its pretty obvious the staff are just handing out bans at random for fun.
