    so I haven't seen any of my purchases showing up from the last 3 to four months along with what I should be getting back. I've been super patient with this so far and bought a few games and in game content. Just looking for some answers. Thanks!

  2. downloads are not working you take the coins but give nothing in returm

    Ive tried downloading many puzzles and in the past they didn't download now after several months of not playing I download a puzzle a you took the coins nut the puzzle didn't download and it freezes up everything id like the coins back and you fix the problem

    Thank you, It doesn't make sense then to upgrade to the premium edition, to get more coins, since they are worthless. Thanks again for responding to my questions.

    Hi TKF HamCannons,

    We see multiple Credit (and deposit!) events on your account. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency
    from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. For example, your most recent deposit on the 11th of last month was spent on Rocket League
    consumables about a week later.

    Aside from this, another possible point of confusion you may have is that we see that many of your purchases have been consumables. Please keep in mind that consumables are not eligible for MyVIP payback, as outlined in the FAQ, so the only way to earn Rewards
    for them is from specific offers:

    What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
    movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
    or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.



    If you are asking about Credits from MyVIP for your purchases this month, please keep in mind that as outlined in our FAQ, we calculate your purchases for MyVIP as a monthly whole, and these calculations are run by midway through the following month:

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    Hi DaftBean2100,

    You have a lot of great questions! The Daily Challenges are, as you've already discovered, set on a monthly cadence, so there is no way to go back and complete the previous months' challenges. The actual 'challenge' is focused around being able to complete
    them all before the month ends. The coins in the challenges are accumulated towards the 3 medals that are given each month, that is their only use. And finally, there are currently only 3 Star Club challenges, there will be a 4th added soon...:)
