No codes for Vegas & Vegas 2!

Preordered siege November 3 and have yet to receive my promo codes for Vegas and Vegas 2! Looks like others have the same issue what's going on to fix this and how do I get my codes!!

I still haven't received my vegas' codes for 1 and 2 and I purchased the game December 25th
