No codes for pre-ordering Quantum Break

I am still yet to receive my codes for Alan Wake, Alan Wake: American Nightmare and Quantum Break for Windows 10. I pre-ordered on 4/416 and was told I would receive my codes 7-10 days of it being released, it has now been 2 weeks and I have still got nothing.
I was told by xbox support to post my problem on here.

I still haven't received my Alan Wake code for pre-ordering Quantum Break. I have received the American Nightmare code and the Quantum Break windows 10 code.

I Pre ordered and I got the Alan Wake code but no Quantum Break code .

I have also Pre-Ordered Quantum Break, but I we will not get the Alan Wake Codes before Quantum Break is released and we have bought it on 5th April.

It was Quantum Break that I didn't receive the promotional pre-order codes for.

Hey Rookboom,

Where did you purchase Quantum Break? In order to qualify for Quantum Break on Windows 10, you would have needed to pre-order through the Xbox Store or redeem a Quantum Break code before April 4th, 2016.

If you got a code for Quantum Break on Xbox One and redeemed after April 4th, 2016, I'm afraid you do not qualify for this offer.
