Discus and support No codes for GoW collection in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; Posting again. Bought the 2tb console in November. Still haven't received my codes for the GoW 360 games.     Bought the 2tb console in November. Still haven't received my codes for the GoW 360 games. Support not helping and telling me to post here. Nothing in messages or anything. Please help!

    Hey there -

    I see you mention that you purchased the console bundle in November of 2016. When did you redeem the code for Gears of War 4 that was included with the bundle? In order to qualify to receive the legacy collection, the token had to have been redeemed by December
    31, 2016. If you redeemed the code after that, unfortunately you would not qualify to receive the collection of prior games.

    To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.




    So if you still don't have your codes after 30 days, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll take a closer look.

    airdrop code was located in the GOW website in the cards section. one down. still need to know about the backwards compatible collection from xbox 360 and the season pass
