No codes for Gears 1 2 3 and Judgement

I bought Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition on November 11th for my son. I was told we would be receiving codes for parts 1 2 3 and Judgement within a few wks purchase. We have not receive any codes. Please I want to avoid having to purchase these parts separately
if I don't have to.

Hi I received the free gears 1-3 + judgement codes but only gears 2 and judgement worked and the chat support girl sent me here to fix/get new codes for gears 1 & 3.

gears of war 1, 3 code issue

I played gears of war 4 which was meant to come with gears of war 1, 2 ,3. & judgement. and but The gears of war 1, 3 code does not work. (2, Judgement code available) Please can you resend a valid code?

I have this problem as well. I live in the UK and have download codes for all 4 Gears of War games (1, 2, 3 & Judgement). I cannot redeem Gear 1 or 3 but 2 and Judgement redeemed fine.

I am getting the same message for mg gears 1 and 3 codes. 2 and judgement went fine

Codes for gears 2 and judgement work fine but for gears 1 and 3 give that same error.

Gears 2 and Judgement are not region locked. Gears 1 and 3 are.

Hi I played the game before december and only received the code for Gears 3. Im still waiting the codes for gears 1, 2 and Judgement. Please Microsoft answer us.
