    I purchased an xbox live gold 12 month subscription last night but have only had an email to confirm purchase. I assume I should have a code to access the service but I didn't receive one. Can you advise please?

    MS ripped me off, can anyone help me out?

    Hello, I bought xbox live gold a while ago, when there was a deal going, the deal was buy three months of gold and get a code sent by email, for another three months of xbox live gold. Seemed like a great deal so I purchased. Well, it said that the code would be sent by May 15, I purchased this in early January.
    Now the codes have not been sent, haven't heard anything from MS, feeling ripped off. Did this happen to anyone here? And I am very sure the deal was valid for me.

    If you purchased from Xbox, the gold is added directly to your account, not emailed as a code. You can try signing into
    Sign in to your Microsoft account with the account you purchased the gold for and make sure the purchase went through.
