no code in the FORZA HORIZON 4 packaging

Hello, I bought today in the media expert forza horizon4 for playing on the computer but in the box was the same cd without the code to enter the computer and now the problem is that forza is not displayed in my library (xbox games on pc). I need to install
first on the game on xbox to be displayed in my library? because from what is written on the microsoft site, forza is part of Xbox Play Anywhere

Hi! Did you look at the receipt? Often download codes are printed on those.

Forza Horizon 4 (as well as every other Play Anywhere title) only lets you play the game on both platforms if you purchase it digitally. The disc version won't work on your PC.

You have to purchase the game digitally in order for it to work with Play Anywhere. If you purchased it on disc, it will only work on the Xbox One.

 

If you bought the game with the intention of utilizing the Play Anywhere feature, like others have said, you'll have to buy it digitally.

If possible, you can return your physical copy and purchase it via the Microsoft Store on your PC. Or, you can enroll in Game Pass as it's included there as well along with a growing library of other great titles.
