No Code for Quantum Break for Windows 10 and Alan Wake + American Nightmare

Hi,

I bought Quantum Break on 4/4 and havent recieved my windows 10 code for it, nor the codes for the Alan Wake games.

I have been in contact with MS customer reps but all they do is give seemingly empty promises of those codes being delivered.

This is not how you get or keep customers microsoft.

Still not receive Alan wake American nightmare and windows 10 Quantum Break code

Don't receive my messages to get my Windows 10 copy of Quantum Break code and Alan wake American nightmare code. Only received the Alan wake for Xbox360.

If possible can send me Windows 10 Quantum Break code and Alan wake American nightmare code.

Quantum Break Preorder Codes

I have not received any codes after 10 days and was directed here by Xbox Support.

Promotion Details: Quantum Break preorder was supposed to include these game codes: Alan Wake, Alan Wake's American Nightmare, and a Quantum Break Windows 10 code.

Date of Purchase: I purchased Quantum Break from the digital store on 4/4 by selecting an advertisement for the pre-order on the Home screen

Promo Item(s): Alan Wake, Alan Wake's American Nightmare, and a Quantum Break Windows 10 code.
