No Code for Quantum Break for Windows 10 and Alan Wake + American Nightmare

Don't receive my messages to get my Windows 10 copy of Quantum Break code and Alan wake American nightmare code. Only received the Alan wake for Xbox360.

Quantum Break Preorder Codes

I have not received any codes after 10 days and was directed here by Xbox Support.

Promotion Details: Quantum Break preorder was supposed to include these game codes: Alan Wake, Alan Wake's American Nightmare, and a Quantum Break Windows 10 code.

Date of Purchase: I purchased Quantum Break from the digital store on 4/4 by selecting an advertisement for the pre-order on the Home screen

I doubt we'll find out anything before Monday. It'll probably just be easier to call my credit card and dispute the charge since I never received my promised items.

 

I wonder what happened. So nobody that pre-order got their code yet? I though it was 7-10 days after the release day. Are we gonna be compensate for this delay as well?

 

Same issue for me. Ordered on 4/4 and still nothing.

 

I am having the same issues and honestly think its issue with XBOX / Microsoft servers region settings or something, see the e-mail conf I got below... like a lot of you I ordered with game on 4/4/2016 so I could get the pre-order bonuses. The e-mail clearly
has timestamp of 4/4/2016 6:27 PM... however the e-mail is showing the purchase date as 4/5/2015 which is the release date of the game and in the MS system.... not a pre-order. This is going to be a nightmare trying to explain and get codes. I have opened
a incident and hope this can be resolved easily. But if you ordered this on 4/4 as I did... check your e-mail and see what the purchase date is! Please reply if you find same issue.
