    Halo wars on windows 10

    I preordered the halo wars 2 ultimate edition on feb 15, but I havent got my copy of halo wars DE yet. I can't download it from the store, it just says that I have bought it. I have waited over 7 days for a code, but no emails yet, Whats going on?

    When did you redeem the code provided by Amazon? Once you redeem the code for Halo Wars 2, you should receive a code for Halo Wars DE within 7-10 days.

    According to the
    Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition Pre-Order     page:



    The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016



    So if you don't have your code after 10 days from your date of pre-order, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it then.
