No code for Alan Wake - Quantum Break ( Pre-order Xbox One )

Bonjour, voil mon problème, il y a plus d'une semaine j'ai précommandé le jeu Quantum Break sur Xbox One avec la promotion Alan Wake, mais je n'ai toujours pas reçu les codes, je suis venu ici plusieurs fois avec comme réponses d'attendre le délai et
il me semble qu'il se termine aujourd'*** donc je commence un peu m'inquiéter alors que plusieurs joueurs sur les forums ont déj reçu le leur, j'ai eu une personne du service Xbox qui m'a envoyé ici pour que l'on me génère un code
