No code for $5 promo Xbox live gift card for a digital purchase

I've purchased a $20 digital Xbox live gift card. I've done the promotional $5 gift card. here's the link https://xbox.promo.eprize.com/getthemost/ I've done everything correctly and
it said I would get a code in 3-4 days. it's been 6 as of 5/3/2014 and still no code. I'm asking for a new $5 code.

$5 Promo Gift Card For $15 Xbox Gift Card Purchase

I purchased ten (10) $15 dollar Xbox gift cards from Best Buy 5/24/2014. I was given one (1) receipt and uploaded the receipt showing ALL ten (10) $15 Xbox gift cards totaling $150, which can be see in the upload. This morning I only received one (1) $5
promo code. I should have received ten (10) $5 promo code since you can visual see the ten $15 Xbox gift cards.

How do i go about getting this corrected?

By corrected, I mean getting the additional nine (9) $5 promo codes for the nine (9) other $15 Xbox Live cards.

The rules state that you must be at least 13 years old at the time of entry. Are you 13 or older?

if you are 13 (or) older it should work the only thing I can think of could be either the photo wasn't clear all the data wasn't visible or your handwriting when writing the special code on the sales slip wasn't clear. I have taken advantage of this promo
3 times so far and every time I get my code same day, even the one I entered at 1:00am.

 

I too have tried this, and its been 5 days already, I sent the receipt on may 6. I am still waiting. The terms say Approximately 4 days so that should mean it will come soon. Did you get your yet?
