No cloud save option for indie game Avatar Farm Online

Fielded a support issue today from a user who is having difficulty trying to use the cloud save function on the 360.

I confirmed that cloud saves are enabled and that other titles allow for saving to the cloud; however, for this specific title when you attempt to choose the storage location only the system HDD is shown; there is no option for cloud storage.

I searched around and could not find any indication that this game doesn't allow it; and I've never personally experienced an issue with not being able to save to the cloud. Only issue I ever had is some games do not allow copy; rather you must move but
even then it gives an error; in this case the option for cloud is just completely missing

Any suggestions on this one?

They have put a date on that light switch are are set to turn it off. I think they will work after they turn off the store because you bough them.

Before they go, are there any game titles we should pick up? Like:

Error when saving to cloud Fallout 4

I'm getting an error message in Fallout 4 about not being able to save due to lack of space.

My storage devices are both at ~60%, so I know the problem is old game saves in the cloud used all the space there. I don't know how to purge the 'cloud' or for lack of a solution, turn cloud saves off completely. I have read the help sections. I see none
of the described methods for managing cloud saves, either at the global or individual games level. I have done the option to clear all local game saves, but see no such option for the cloud. I also see no option under the individual games to remove save
files, only the uninstall all option to remove the game and DLC as well.

I did totally uninstall and reinstall Fallout 4 before I started playing again.

Can the cloud saves be purged? I know I have old saves there to be deleted.

 

After much digging; it turns out that Indie games do not support Cloud Save operations; Only developers who are Arcade developers have access to the entire Xbox Development kit which allows access to Cloud Saves, Achievements and Leaderboards (to name a
