    No cloud Gaming Option in Gamepass.


    Hi,

    I have just got an XBOX SERIES X. I’m in the UK I have game pass ultimate. When I go on to game pass I have no option to play any of the games through cloud gaming, I can only install them. I’ve tried to contact customer support but the call back service does not work at all. It keeps saying there is a problem. Can someone from Xbox customer support please help me?

    Ultimate also works on pc

    You just get the pc libraries and the cloud play

    Gamepass for console.has xbox games

    Gamepass for.pc.has pc.only games

    Gamepass ultimate has.both and cloud play

    You can't access console.games on pc unless cloud

    Same.with console.can't access pc games part of ultimate

    That is not true at all. ARM processors are indeed low on power consumption, but multimedia performances and horsepower of the upper-tier offerings such as laptops equipped with a Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 or a Microsoft SQ3 are enough to play AAA titles confidently, with performance far beyond Xbox offerings previous to the Series X/S. I think the Game Pass app could be updated with a curated list of compatible games that run in situ on ARM-based computers.

    Unfortunately, there is no solution for this, because Game pass games do not support ARM processors.

    “ARM processors are low powered with basic onboard graphics built in. They won't play the high-end AAA games from the Windows Game Pass pretty much all of these games require a PC/Laptop with an X86-64 CPU and a dedicated graphics processor.
    If you have Game Pass ultimate, you can stream these games to your ARM based device. But, downloading and playing them natively on your device isn't going to be possible.”
