No Closed beta code received of Gears of War 4 - Case Number: [Mod Removed]

I've been patiently waiting for my code for 3 days... Now with support currently waiting.

 

Well I did look and it does state on the date or prior to that date. I just think there was a glitch somewhere when the huge amount of codes were suppose to be sent out. The problem though is that we still don't have our beta codes that were promised to
us for buying the game. Microsoft has always done me right anytime I have contacted customer support, I doubt they'll let me and the rest of you down.

 

I called MS support and got a case number. Hope to get the code soon.

 

So I'm told I'll be contacted again within 72 hours regarding the issue... I just don't get how me and everyone else breaking our backs proving that we should have our beta codes can't just get one generated and given to me/us. If I don't get access very
soon I am going to be very irate. As a consumer I purchased a product with the understanding and agreement that if I did indeed purchase the game and play it prior to April 11th at 11pm I would have access to the beta. I have not just as many others, therefore
if we don't get our codes I do 100% completely feel like that is false advertisement and Microsoft may have to settle a class action lawsuit.

 

I don't understand how difficult to distributed a code?

 

I have now spent 2 and a half hours with phone support and then chat support. If there is anybody here or anybody that knows somebody that could possibly escalate this to a legal issue, because I admit I'm not a lawyer, but I feel like me and all others
that were essentially lied to when purchasing their product have a leg to stand on in a case. This is absolutely ridiculous I'm just asking for what is rightfully mine since I purchased their product with those terms. I'm beyond upset now after being told
wait 72 hours after I have already waited 72 hours since I was suppose to recieve my code. I want to compensated for all of my time I'm putting forth just to get a code that I know someone can easily generate and give out.

For microsofts sake I hope Anonymous doesn't catch wind of this. They tend to not tolerate the masses being lied to buy corporations.
