No chat connections for four days - can't connect despite phoning support...(three times)...!

I cannot get chat on my xbox 360. My friends cannot either. They cannot connect to me or I to them. I have tried all the usual things - deleting profile, clearing cache, altering settings - nothing. I have phoned support three times. It is on xbox 360 to
360. Xbox one to xbox one is fine, xbox one to xbox 360 does not work either. There is no "error code". It just says "cannot complete the process". No chat connection to buddies & friends for 4 days now.....

IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE WHO KNOWS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT AND HAS A SOLUTION OR CAN HELP? Thanks.

Last three week i can't connect to xBox live.

All time i get this message.

Im use wired connection, modem Comtrend.

during this time every day i chat with xbox suport. it crazy stupid but no one can fix this problem.

Redeemed rewards email with no code

Hi,

I recently redeemed four rewards on your online store and recieved three blank emails with no codes in them and the fourth came through days later I’ve contacted Xbox support multiple times to no avail could you help sort this out please I’ve tried customer
support I’ve done live chats and multiple other solutions

CND AAA Beef

BF3's out in four days. They're obviously doing some server shuffling down at EA. I doubt that they're ending support for BC2, there are plenty of older EA games that are still up and running. Just roll with it. Connectivity will probably be back in two
or three days.

Just got off the phone with support for the second time in three days but they have no answers. They recognize they are starting to see the issue pop up but they have no answers other than to return the controllers. And the problem is after returning four
controllers, they are going to stop returning them.

just spent four hours dealing with the same issue, with no resolution. an hour with chat and almost three with phone support. they can "repair" my xbox that was working fine before the "update" for $99. seriously considering trying the ps4. this sucks.
