    No case review option?


    Apparently, someone decided to report my gamerpic despite it not breaking ANY terms of use or policies. So I go to the enforcement page and the suspension is for 27 hours, which is over the 24 hour rule for being able to file a case review. Not only do I
    not have the option to appeal, but seemingly, XBox has absolved itself of any other form of communication I can do to undo this complete nonesense. Can someone please give me a direct link or another way that I can file the case review? Or is Microsoft stuffing
    its head so far up my backside they can see my medulla oblongata, just to avoid having to deal with anything not receiving my money?

    No case review

    and they won’t review the case. I’ve read the guidelines and I don’t believe it broke any of them

    No case review

    If you are not eligible for case review there is nothing further you can do about your suspension. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    If you don't have the case review option available, then there is unfortunately nothing that can be done for you.

    There is no direct link for contacting the Enforcement team (let alone a hidden link that "forces" a case review), and they do not post here on the forums to personally assist users with Enforcement actions.

    Not all bans are eligible for a case review. You should never share your account with others as the account is always your responsibility. The enforcement team does not use the forums, you can only find them on enforcement.xbox.com.

    not all suspensions are case reviewable

    If it's a 28 hour no as it takes longer then 48hours

    Also suspensions due tonextensionsnduentonpsst violations aren't reviewable

    Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review.

    It should tell you the length of the suspension in the email you were sent or on the enforcement site.

    If not it may be an extension so you can try contacting support
    here     & they may be able to tell you how long the suspension is for but can not do anything else.
