    So is there a way to actually get a call back or will that button be forever unavailable. With noone to answer the phone an no emails back. Support is serious questionable Trying to fix my elite controller. Just want to talk to someone and move one shouldnt be this hard.

    A pleasure, to get game pass on your other devices, you need to make the other console your home Xbox of the account that owns the subscription, just one console can be the home Xbox so while you play on one with the account connected to Xbox alive the other has to be the Home Xbox

    That's your Xbox set location or is where you physically are located? Have you tried using a different network already?

    Seems like a network issue, have you tried using a different network, it could be a mobile hotspot from your phone for example, this will help to test that

    As I mentioned on a new console you will need to make that one the home Xbox of the account that has the subscription active to share the subscription with other accounts or you need to use the one that currently has the subscription active

    I did answer the question, I can’t test the second device if it will connect to Xbox live because I don’t have game pass on the device yet. The problem Xbox has game pass and won’t connect.
