No Button on rewards page

There is no Button to choose for "Request Deposit" on "MyRewards" that usually, always has been, located below "My Credits". How am I to request or is this a Known issue being resolved?

Rewards Credits not automatically depositing and no button to create deposit

As in the title, my credits have not auto-deposited and there's no button for me to access them on the my rewards page. Please assist?

 

Fallout Shelter Freedom Rewards Not Given

We see that you currently have some Lunchboxes awaiting redemption. To get to this redemption page, you will have to click the Get Started button on the Freedom Rewards page. This will take you to the Referral page for FREEdom Rewards where a button to redeem
your prizes can be found in the Fallout Shelter of that page. Or, you could simply click this link (Xbox Live Rewards),
which should take you directly to that page. Hope this clears up any confusion!

 

You can only request a manual deposit if you have between 1,000 to 4,999 credits. If you are under 1,000 then it cannot be done and if you're over 5,000 then the rewards would be scheduled for automatic deposit.

If you are between 1,000 - 4,999 and the button is not present then you will have to wait for the staff to review. The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

At 5000 or more pending Credits, we automatically schedule you for a deposit. Since you have been scheduled for a deposit automatically, there is no need to request one manually, and that button has been removed.
